The basis for choosing coordination
According to the load acting on the bearing and the rotation of the ring, the load of the bearing ring has three kinds: local load, cyclic load and swing load. Usually the cyclic load (rotating load) and the swing load are closely matched, and the local load is not suitable for tight fit except for the special requirements. Load size
Depends on the amount of interference between the bearing ring and shaft or housing bore on the size of the load, the load is heavy, the larger the amount of interference fit; the load is light, using a small surplus with the amount. The general radial load is less than 0.07C when P is less than 0.07C, and P is greater than 0.07C and is equal to or less than 0. When 15C is normal load, P is more than 0. The 15C is loaded with heavy load (C is the rated dynamic load of the bearing).
working temperature
When the bearing is running, the temperature of the ring is often higher than the temperature of the adjacent parts. Therefore, the inner ring of the bearing may become loose due to thermal expansion and the outer ring may affect the axial movement of the bearing in the shell hole due to thermal expansion. For bearings mounted on thin walled shell holes, light metal shell holes or hollow shafts, tighter matching should be adopted for thick walled shell holes, cast iron shell holes or solid axes.

In coordination, when a ring of bearing is required to move axially in operation, the outer ring of the bearing and the hole of the bearing seat shell should be loosely matched.
Selection of coordination
The combination of bearing and shaft adopts the base hole system, while the combination with the shell adopts the base shaft system. The coordination between bearing and shaft is different from that used in machine manufacturing industry. The tolerance belt of bearing diameter is mostly below the zero sum. Therefore, when the same fit is applied, the matching ratio between bearing diameter and shaft is usually close. The tolerance belt of the bearing outer diameter and the tolerance belt of the axis of the base axis are below the zero line, but the value of the bearing is not the same as the general tolerance system.

When the inner diameter of the bearing is greater than 70mm or when the interference is large, the bearing hole is expanded by heating method, so that the installation saves energy and time and avoids damage caused by too much force.
